Terms of Service

This document is an agreement between สยามไซต์สโตร์ (SIAMSITE STORE), acting as ผู้ให้บริการในนามบุคคลธรรมดา (the “Provider”, “we”), and the person registering for the Siamsite Panel platform at panel.siamsite.shop (the “User”, “you”, or “shop owner”).

Our platform is a Software-as-a-Service tool for building and managing item shop websites for Minecraft servers, covering top-ups, selling items and permissions over RCON, loot boxes, and an administrator dashboard.

By accepting these terms, registering, or beginning to use the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by them, together with the Privacy Policy, Shop Owner Agreement, Payment and Payout Policy and Prohibited Products and Content Policy, which form part of this agreement. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.

• You must be at least 20 years old, or, if a minor, have legal guardian consent.
• The details you register with (email, name, phone number) must be true, accurate and current.
• You must have the legal authority to open and operate the shop you use with the service.
• One account is for you or your business only. Impersonating another person is prohibited.

• You are responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential, and for all activity under your account.
• If you find unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
• For security, the system may limit login to one device at a time and may use verification such as CAPTCHA.

We provide the service “as-is”, rented monthly or by package. We maintain the technical infrastructure (servers, systems and updates). Content, products, pricing and the running of your shop are the shop owner's responsibility under the Shop Owner Agreement.

• Fees, packages, promotions and charges are as displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
• The service is prepaid. On expiry without renewal, service may be suspended temporarily as described in the Payment and Payout Policy.
• Refunds, trial eligibility and slip verification fees follow the Payment Policy.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break Thai law, including the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007) and its amendments.
• Hack, gain unauthorised access, probe for vulnerabilities, spread malware, or disrupt the system (for example DDoS or abnormally frequent command flooding).
• Import, sell or distribute products or content prohibited under the Prohibited Products and Content Policy.
• Infringe others' intellectual property, or use the service for deception, fraud or money laundering.
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell our system without written permission.

The platform's software, design, logo and systems are the Provider's property and are protected under the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994). You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for the duration of your use. Content you upload (such as your shop logo and product details) remains yours, and you grant us permission to use it only as necessary to provide the service.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, break the law, or create risk for the system or other users.
• In cases of serious breach or illegality we may suspend immediately without prior notice, and may pass information to the authorities as required by law.
• You may stop using the service at any time by not renewing or by requesting account deletion. Prepaid fees are handled under the Payment Policy.

We work to keep the system continuously available, but we do not guarantee the service will be entirely free of faults or interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or lost data arising from events beyond our control (such as power, internet, cloud provider failures or cyber attacks), or from your use in breach of these terms.

Our total liability to you in any case will not exceed the fees you actually paid us in the most recent 1-month period before the event. This limit does not exclude rights that cannot be waived by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

You agree to defend and indemnify the Provider against third party claims (including from end customers of your shop) arising from your shop's operation, content, products, advertising, or your breach of these terms or the law.

We may update these terms to reflect legal requirements or service development, publishing the revision date and version on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Where a change is significant, we will give reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by Thai law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to negotiate in good faith. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent Thai courts.
